Sterboom Guest House is a pleasant getaway for those who enjoy nature. The Karoo offers tranquility and solitude that refreshes the soul. Sutherland is also renowned for its white snow blanket in the winter months - come and brave our cold and enjoy a snow adventure.
The turn-off to Sterboom Guest House is situated 90 km from Matjiesfontein towards Sutherland. After navigating your way up the Verlatenkloof Pass you turn right at the “Klein Roggeveld oor Komsberg” turn-off. After following this road (good dirt road) for 15 km, Sterboom Guesthouse is on your right. Sterboom Guest House is situated 30 km south of Sutherland. From Sutherland you take the Matjiesfontein exit for 15 km to the top off Verlatenkloof Pass and then take a left at the “Klein Roggeveld oor Komsberg” turn-off for 15 km.
