Perlman House Restaurant and Pub
You can find Perlman House Restaurant & Pub in the main road of Sutherland in a historic 19th century “Dorpshuis”.
The restaurant has a reputation for friendly service, good prices and great tasting food.
Owners Riaan and Carla strive to give their guests a taste and feel of the Karoo, leaving guests with the desire to come back for more.
Some of the things you’ll find on their menu are Carpaccio, three kinds of “potjies”, pork ribs, steaks, pizzas and there’s a cute menu for the kiddies too.
Their menu is one with the largest variety in Sutherland.
The pub is a smokers Zone, but no smoking is allowed in the restaurant.
Please be aware that they only accept cash. So no credit cards, please.

It is advisable to book dinner in advance, as the restaurant takes a small amount of people at a time and gets fully booked quite quickly.
