Situated in the beautiful Roggeveld, near the Fish River, Blesfontein boasts a farm experience away from the hustle and bustle of city life, but is still close enough for visitors to spend some time in Sutherland.

Blesfontein Guest Farm offers various self-catering accommodation options, from a honeymoon suite with a luxurious big tub just made for sharing, to simple well-equipped self-catering units.

Guests can enjoy their large communal area which overlooks the farm and has a dart board, table tennis, comfortable couches, a small library and also free wifi.

On Blesfontein you may see Blesbok, Gemsbok, Springbok, Duiker, Steenbok, Grey Rheebuck, Zebra and Black Wildebeest.

Several smaller species like the African wild cat, Lynx, Mongoose, Porcupine, Black back jackal and the Skunk occur on the farm.

They also have seen more than 30 bird species and several reptiles.

Every evening, stargazing is included with Nicol at the amphitheatre at the farm. Nicol will amaze you with all the objects that he will show you in our beautiful night sky.
